Establish common law jurisdiction and do not understand the charges against you. It’s a trap. That “criminal complaint” sounds like a word-for-word (except for the names) description of what the terrorists acting as government agents are doing every day against Americans. Why aren’t they in jail? Frederick Bastiat describes this as “legal plunder”. Using the law to plunder the people. Why is it okay for a government agent to do something that they would arrest a civilian for doing?? Why do we have to spend so much of our time, our money, and even risk cruel incarceration, to fight our own government over rights guaranteed by the Constitution? If you are tired of this state of affairs, then it is time to take up the torch and decide upon an effective non-violent means of protest—be it a boycott, a sit-in, a march, a public convocation, or other means to drive the point home. Schaeffer is suffering, his young family is suffering, and we may all have to suffer before this is over.
To the men and the women who are prosecuting him—think about what you are doing. This man has done nothing but talk. He has harmed nobody. There is no corpus delecti. His right to free speech is guaranteed, as well as his right to bear arms, which the government has wrongfully tried to infringe.
Now you want us to believe that Schaeffer somehow turned into a “conspirator” and that he was plotting to murder innocent people. We know the truth and are confident that it will surface in court. Any discussion of violence would have been in reference to violence inflicted by the government on patriots. If the citizens of this nation no longer have the right to discuss their own defense and safety—-what have we come to?
By doing this the government only proves that Schaeffer Cox was right, that it did have ulterior motives, and that it was indeed striving to do him harm, discredit him, perhaps even kill him. The proof is in the pudding. Government informers were sent in to try to entrap him and get him to say things they could record as evidence against him.
Entrapment used to be outlawed, but thanks to the yahoos we have in Congress and their misnamed Patriot Act, Military Commissions Act and Protect America Act, we have all sorts of this crap going on.

I have known Schaeffer for over 10 years. I don’t believe for a second that Schaeffer is guilty of the “alleged conspiracy charges” that have been directed at him. I hope people keep in mind that we are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty.
I will support Schaeffer any way I can, including a commitment for monthly pledge to help with outrages expenses he will incur in prepareing a defense from the “allegations”.

I’ve got some people who’re willing to send him some of their publications, print newspapers and the like {RockCreekFreePress(.com) for example}; as well as am willing to send assorted stuff to read, myself. Will it follow him if he’s moved? – and what about some kind of prisoner enumeration digits.. seems like a requirement to most I ask about it.
We have checked with his wife, and the DOC, and as long as he remains in the Fairbanks facility, he doesn’t need a con number. He has been safely returned to Fairbanks, and so the above address is correct. He’d love to hear from you!

We are trying to determine whether they plan to keep him in Anchorage, or will move him back to Fairbanks. At this point, we just don’t know. Once we know where they intend to keep him until his trial, nine months from now!!!!, we will be able to provide an updated address. And yes, there should be an inmate number, but again, we need to get the most current info.
There have been reports that some of his mail has followed him from Fairbanks, though we can’t guarantee that will be the case for all of his mail.

Schaeffer stay strong our prayers are with you. We the ones who know you and have come to know you, are aware that the state government of Alaska and federal government have made up these false and fictitious charges against you. They are all drunk with power and feel and think the rest of us have to dance to their every tune, if one gets out of step they will think up some form of trumped up charges to incarcerate each and every one of us to quieted us all down.
Take note you all these are not isolated incidences, these incidences are occurring more and more frequent now and are actually running rampant in this country. It is our duty, as American citizens to show the powers to be the door once and for all, do not take this laying down anymore.
They already totally control our movements, our food and water supplies, what Doctor and what treatment we receive and who lives and dies. I’m a european living in Thailand, so forgive me that it was only today that I found out about the great contributions Schaeffer has made to OUR society. I watched “The Solution”, such inspirational work! and then I continued to try to get to know Schaeffer a little bit better, when I stumbled upon his arrest. So sad, to see a frontline fighter for freedom losing his… Just want to let him know, that despite his detention, he managed to reach and move me. And I will certainly let others know about his work and his current situation. I will NOT forget about you, probably never.

From what news articles I can find, I came across this “Cox said there are about 7,000 people in the area who are part of the Liberty Bell network” -Fairbanks Daily News-Miner, and what about this “Second Amendment Task Force”.. These people should be vocal, someplace. Calling Liberty Tree Radio, RBN, Liberty News Radio, and the like.

I’ve just recently heard of Schaeffer Cox. Prior to watching ‘The Solution’, I had been beginning to wonder if Alaskans were ever going to wake up. Waking up is a process that is ongoing, especially since we can all be susceptible to lulling back to sleep, hitting the snooze bar and promising to address it later, when it is right at your doorstep. It came quickly to Schaeffer’s doorstep and we can’t let him stand alone. I am proud and grateful we have such a sterling example to learn from. I am emboldened and encouraged to witness the awakening that will put a permanent stop to injustice, allowing us for the first time in our existence to achieve true enlightenment. O may that time come soon!
I miss all of you and I am praying for Schaeffer.

I am a law researcher based in Melbourne, ‘Down Under’.
Something that comes to mind when I read of the unfolding history of Schaeffer Cox:
Solitary Confinement sounds like ‘cruel and unusual’ punishment. Has any of Schaeffer’s supporters considered writing a letter to the UN Commissioner for Human Rights and lodging an official complaint? I would be amazed if the US government has not pledged to abide by the UN Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
The Australian Federal Government is sensitive to any ‘please explain’ it gets from the Human Rights Commissioner and I hope the US Government is the same although I doubt this considering the human rights abuses reported in the media at Guantanamo Bay Prison and in Iraq.
I despise and loath terrorists and anyone who helps them but if we support Schaeffer’s right to due process and natural justice, we must support this right for everyone imprisoned by agents of the Government including the prisoners at Guantanamo.
Schaefer first came to my notice 5 weeks ago whilst I was researching the application of common law in other countries.
I am somewhat older than Schaeffer and have suffered in a different way at the hands of unscrupulous and greedy men AND women in positions of power both within the Government and without. This occurred between 2005 and 2009. I have forgiven them their transgressions, lack of love and compassion, and lack of devotion to the truth. I have come to realised that God uses greedy and wicked people to give us a wake up call.
Schaeffer, read the Book of Job. From what I have seen and read on the web, you have accomplished an enormous amount at your age compared to myself and most people. I suspect God has great things in store for you if you listen and follow his will.
I don’t know you personally Schaeffer, but if you follow and apply the teachings of Jesus as I suspect you do, you will emerge on the outside of the prison many times stronger and mightier. The government agents probably think by putting you in prison, they will shut you up and you will be cowered when you emerge from prison.
What they don’t realise is that persecution always forces the persecuted to look inside themselves to find out if it is worth the persecution to hold onto their beliefs. When that person realises they do want to hold onto their beliefs, it makes them hold onto their beliefs so much stronger and makes them more powerful and more willing to undergo enormous hardship for what they believe in.

Of course he was set up. That’s what they did to the branch dividians at waco and the weaver family at ruby ridge, and countless others over the years. You question or thumb your nose at government, they will crush you, then propagandize the sheeple into thinking it was legitimate, and use the crooked courts to solidify it. If you refuse to obey, you are killed or caged. Its been that way throughout world history, everywhere, and at all times. We are no different than the subjects and slaves of old. Someone will give states evidence and they will be found guilty and carted away to prison for most, if not the rest of their lives for an unlawful statute crime with no injury. Slowly people will distance themselves from them out of fear of government or their ignorance of reality or they will change ideologies and make excuses for it. Doesnt matter – same result sets. Hiding and cowering thanking God it was not them that was thrown in a cage, instead of using force to take their leader back.
